These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ok2222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ok2222 website located at https://ok2222.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, promotional offers and customer support.

These Terms apply to all registered users of ok2222, including players who access the platform from Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where ok2222 services are accessible. The Platform is operated as an online gambling and casino information service. ok2222 does not currently hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan, and makes no claim to such authorisation.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of your country or province of residence, and you accept full personal legal responsibility for your compliance with applicable laws;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited and where accessing such services would constitute a criminal offence.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ok2222 platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the ok2222 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period of Account holding:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater. ok2222 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the minimum age, the Account will be suspended pending verification and any Balance may be withheld until age is confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that accessing the Platform is not prohibited under the laws of your country, province or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before creating an Account or depositing funds. ok2222 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each person may hold only one (1) Account on the ok2222 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of any Balance and Bonus amounts held across all associated accounts.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used exclusively by the registered account holder for personal recreational purposes. Using an Account on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent, or operating an Account for commercial purposes is prohibited.

To access the full functionality of the ok2222 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and promotional participation, you are required to complete the registration process and, where applicable, satisfy the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documents

ok2222 and the Operator reserve the right to request the following documents at any time, and specifically prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement of Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account);
• Any additional documentation deemed necessary by the Operator for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ok2222 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You should notify ok2222 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

As a condition of your continued access to the ok2222 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage rules and to refrain from all prohibited conduct described in this section.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the ok2222 Platform solely for lawful recreational gambling and sports betting activities in accordance with these Terms. You may access the Platform using any compatible personal device, including mobile phones and tablets, in accordance with the technical requirements set out by the Operator.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ok2222 Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are a Prohibited Person;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or configuration faults to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or any activity that constitutes sports integrity fraud;
• Using the Platform to facilitate or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise access the underlying software of the Platform;
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses or any disruptive material to the Platform or its servers.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any breach of Section 5.2 may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus amounts, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and civil legal action where appropriate.

Deposits to your ok2222 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT) — is determined solely by the Operator and may change without notice. Users must check the live cashier for currently available and active options.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator and displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. As an illustrative reference only, a common minimum deposit may be in the range of PKR 1,000, though this is subject to change and payment-method-specific limits may vary.

6.2 Deposit Currency

ok2222 displays account balances and transaction figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by the Operator or the payment provider. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be applied to the deposited amount before it is credited to your Balance.

6.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. ok2222 reserves the right to return deposits to the source payment method and suspend the Account pending investigation if a third-party payment source is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a withdrawal will be approved and processed by the Operator.

7.1 Verification Requirements

KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed. This includes identity verification, address verification and payment method verification as described in Section 4. Incomplete or pending KYC documentation will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until all required documents are received and verified.

7.2 Bonus Wagering Conditions

If a Bonus is active on your Account at the time of a withdrawal request, all applicable wagering requirements attached to that Bonus must be completed in full before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Submitting a withdrawal request with an active, incomplete bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited in accordance with the specific promotion's terms.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and the available withdrawal methods, are published in the Operator's live cashier and are subject to change. ok2222 makes no guarantee regarding specific withdrawal processing times. The Operator publishes estimated processing windows in the cashier section — these are estimates only and may be affected by KYC status, payment provider processing times and banking cut-off schedules.

7.4 Withdrawal Identity Match Rule

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ok2222 Account. No withdrawal will be processed to a third-party account. In the case of bank transfers, the account name must precisely match the registered name on the ok2222 Account.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers and other promotional rewards ("Bonuses") offered on the ok2222 Platform are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion and the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30×, 35×, 40×) is specified in each promotion's terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 Bonus with a 35× wagering requirement means the User must wager a total of PKR 35,000 in qualifying games before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per wager. This limit is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit during an active Bonus may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided without notice.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). Users are strongly advised to review game contribution rates before selecting which games to play during a bonus period.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unconverted Bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Time remaining on active Bonuses can typically be viewed in the Account's Bonus section.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

ok2222 reserves the right to void Bonuses and cancel associated winnings if there is evidence that a User, or group of Users acting in coordination, has abused promotional terms. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, and creating multiple accounts to collect duplicate welcome offers.

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of bets on the ok2222 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant betting and casino sections of the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the User. ok2222 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events subject to irregular market movements, bets that appear to be based on inside information or bets placed using accounts identified as suspicious.

9.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that contain an obvious error (a "palpable error"), ok2222 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake. Winnings paid out on the basis of a palpable error, whether in odds, market conditions or game results, may be reclaimed from the User's Balance.

9.3 Cricket and Sports Integrity

ok2222 takes sports integrity seriously. Betting on cricket events — including PSL matches, ICC World Cup games, bilateral T20 and Test series — is subject to the applicable rules of each event. Any attempt to manipulate match outcomes or exploit non-public information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant cricket governing body or law enforcement authority.

9.4 Casino and Live Games

Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and live game shows, are provided by third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by individual game suppliers and are stated in each game's information panel. ok2222 does not alter or influence RNG outcomes.

ok2222 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through the Account Settings section and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum active session duration. You will receive a notification when your session time has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period.

All content published on the ok2222 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, page layouts and software ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of ok2222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in connection with your use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform Content without the prior express written consent of ok2222.

Third-party trademarks, game titles and payment brand names (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast) that may be referenced on this Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership with ok2222.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok2222, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — and even if ok2222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ok2222 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the Platform. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages or other events outside ok2222's reasonable control. ok2222 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

ok2222 does not guarantee any winnings, payout rates or outcomes. Gambling inherently involves risk. All betting and gaming decisions are made at the User's sole risk and discretion.

ok2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud or document forgery;
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Duplicate account creation or impersonation of another person;
• Bonus abuse as described in Section 8.5;
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement or financial intelligence units;
• Inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the Operator's account management policy.

Upon Account termination for cause, ok2222 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation. If no fraud or breach is substantiated, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

A User wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 16. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as published separately in the Operator's regulatory disclosure. Where no specific governing law is stated, general principles of international commercial law shall apply to the extent permissible.

These Terms expressly do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, nor do they represent a claim that ok2222 is authorised, licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility. The Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan and provincial gambling regulators have not authorised, approved or endorsed ok2222 or its services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the Support team may be escalated in accordance with the Operator's published dispute resolution procedure. Users are also entitled to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights under applicable national law.

ok2222 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Operator policy changes or Platform feature updates.

Where practicable, ok2222 will notify registered Users of material changes to these Terms via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
